Now that you know how to hand over your tasks and communicate with your team, the next step is to get your payment services agreement downloaded, signed, emailed back to us and then we will sign and return the executed agreement back to you. Please email your payment service agreement back to Katerina@KaterinaGasset.com. Please fill out your payment services agreement completely, don't leave any field blank, e-sign, date, and return.
Please read your payment services agreement for all the terms of service. Once you have submitted your services agreement back to us, we will contact you to go over your goals if that meeting has not taken place yet. We will start your Trello onboarding process and start your tasks!
Next step after you have signed and sent your payment services agreement back to us is to click the link in your services agreement for payment for your services. You are paying for 14 days in advance. Each of our pay periods consist of 14 days. The virtual assistants get paid every 14 days. You may pay with your PayPal account or you can pay with your credit card or debit card in your recurring payment plan which is hosted on the secure PayPal website.
Once you click the link you will land on my SamCart cart page. This is a secured webpage. Fill out the form on this page and click submit. Once you click submit you will be taken to PayPal to process your payment. You do need to have a PayPal account but you do NOT need to use your PayPal funds to make your payment. You can choose to use your credit card or debit card.
I will be notified once your payment goes through. At that time, Daisy, our Chief of Operations will contact you via email to set up a time to meet with you on the phone to go over your goals and tasks. We will make recommendations based on our experience in your niche. Your tasks are customized to your specific goals and niche.

Here are answers to some frequently asked questions:
How do I know what tasks are being done?
All of our tasks are in your output column on your Trello board. Watch the video for more details. You also have columns for specific platforms and projects, for instance, Facebook Marketing will have a column so we can store all completed posts and graphics.
Where can I see the tasks that are completed?
Your output cards are marked blue when they are completed. There is a link to your output should it be a task that contains an output link. You can follow right along as your tasks are going on.
What if I need to add on more hours to my block?
No problem! Contact Daisy, our Chief of Operations to have her increase your block of time you ordered. Remember that when you do that, we will require an equal retainer deposit for the difference.
What if I get sick, get super busy, or go on vacation, do my tasks continue?
The beauty of having a team in your corner and working with you is that the work goes on even when you are sick, out of town, on vacation, busy with clients, etc.
How do I get my tasks to you?
Watch the video for a more thorough reply. You add your tasks to a Trello feedback card in your feedback column on your Trello board. Name the title of the card, the task. Go ahead and use as many words as you need to. Then click save. Then open up the card, by clicking on it, and adding details such as a drop box link, or graphics, etc. Please always use Trello to send tasks as emails can easily get lost. I love talking to you on the phone and text, but I forget the tasks sometimes, so please always use Trello for your tasks.

Who do I notify on Trello, who do I tag?
When you complete adding your task onto your feedback card, please tag as shown the video: Daisy, Farah, and Katerina.
What happens if you have to go over my hours or if you are under my hours I order?
No worries there! Sometimes we have to go over your block of hours by one to a few hours. When this happens, we do not invoice you for the extra hours. Instead during the next pay period, we will reduce your hours by that amount. This way you are always getting the same invoice so there is no fluctuation in your payments. If we go under your block of hours we will add more hours to the next pay period by that amount.
